xThis vintage Rose Petal Place outfit is the Dotted Dancer jumpsuit from the Rose Petal Place Fashions doll clothes line. It's a blue jumpsuit with white polka dots, frilly petal-shaped arm straps, trim down the sides, and a bow on the front. It also comes with a strip of lace to tie in the doll's hair. The outfit is mint-on-card and has never been opened.
There seem to be some faint brown spots on the white sleeves of the outfit and the backcard is slightly warped, as shown in the last photo, but it's otherwise in great vintage condition.
